About the fees
Are these prices plus VAT?
Yes, all fees shown are exclusive of VAT. If you’re VAT registered you’ll reclaim it in the normal way.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long tie-in. We ask for a month’s notice, and we’ll hand your records over promptly and professionally if you decide to move on. Holding records hostage is a bad look and we don’t do it.
What if my records need catching up first?
Bringing historic records up to date is quoted separately, so you can see that cost clearly instead of it being buried in your monthly fee. It’s a one-off, not an ongoing charge.
Do you charge for phone calls and questions?
No. Support is included in every plan. Charging clients to ask questions makes them stop asking, which usually costs everyone more in the end.
Can I mix and match services?
Yes. The plans are a starting point rather than a straitjacket — if you need payroll for thirty staff but no bookkeeping, we’ll price that specifically.
What if my business grows mid-year?
We’ll talk to you before anything changes. If you outgrow a plan we’ll say so and explain what moving up costs; we won’t quietly re-band you.
